An arrangement I wrote for a string orchestra. In this piece I used Edvard Grieg's 'Two Nordic Melodies' and implemented a Jewish traditional song called Shalom Alehem based on the same arrangement as Grieg's. Beautiful performance by the NK orchestra. Conducted by Yaron Gottfried

This is an arrangement I wrote for a famous song by Louiz Bonfa called 'Manha de Carnaval'. The song is later known by the name of 'Black Orpheus' which became a common tune played in the jazz repertoire. I'm grateful for the opportunity to write this arrangement for the amazing NK orchestra, Rimon's jazz institute players and Alona Alexander (singer) Conducted by Yaron Gottfried. Enjoy!
